Refund Policy


We gladly accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in their original packaging, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.

The following items are non-refundable:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Solid Gold Jewelry, unless indicated on the Product Page
Custom Jewelry
Opened or worn products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

To return your product, please email us at for a return authorization form (RMA).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
