Return/Exchange Policies
Exchanges/Returns:
ICEKLUB accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to exchange/return any item(s), please contact customer support via email at support@iceklub.co, or via Instagram (@theiceklub).
In order to make a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. If the items do not pass inspection, our returns department can reject the return request.
SOLID GOLD:
Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
ALL Earring sales are FINAL.
CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY:
There are NO returns/exchanges on ICEKLUB Customized Chains or Pendants. All of our Customized Necklaces are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty. There is a $59 USD repair fee if you encounter future problems, only on repairable items. Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
WATCHES:
All Alpha Era Watches come standard with a 3 months warranty.
*Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.*
*GLD will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if ICEKLUB were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article of clothing.*
*FREE CHAIN orders refund request, the FREE Chain Promo must be returned as well, otherwise we could reject the refund request*
